During the last decades the Icelandic cuisine has gained a remarkable reputation. Why shouldn't it - here we have access to high quality ingredients for cooking. The best time for a gourmet tour is the autumn, the harvest season. We believe a gourmet tour not only includes delicious meals in restaurants, but also lets you travel around Iceland and try different regional specialities, together with the interesting culinary traditions. Sometimes we select the ingredients ourselves and have a local restaurant prepare them for us. On request we can even bring our own master chef on the tour. Every year, in the end of February, you also have the splendid possibility to try out the food of Icelandic raw materials in the making of renowned chefs from all parts of the world in many of the best restaurants in Reykjavik by the “Iceland Food and Fun Festival“!
